TShirterie

Rosita Spugnardi and Antonio Neroni studied fashion design at Istituto Marangoni and   TShirterie is a project that wants to tell their emotions.Tshirterie is a project born from the creative minds of two, a reworking of the classic t-shirt ready-to-wear declined in sophisticated silhouette. Contradiction is their strongest point, they always combine contrasting elements to create their garments. They also like to combine vintage masculine piece and revisit them with super-feminine silhouettes. In the future they would like to enlarge our collections introducing menswear.

Unique by TShirterie is a collection of handmade jewelery in which every piece of     jewelery combines an unique and exclusive attention to detail in every facet.

Now, she is ready to star her own shoe label. She transformed three styles from the Autumn Winter 11/12 collection into 'light-up' shoes, by installing LEDs into the laser-cut plexi heels. They come in a rainbow of different colours and are rechargeable by a USB connection to a computer and last for 6 hours at a time.

For Spring Summer 2012, British shoe couturier Joanne Stoker explores the furthest reaches of India and Morocco with her extravagant collection of vivid tones and opulent fabrics.
Inspired by the exuberant ritualistic festivals of Indian culture, and the magnificent religious architecture, Joanne has woven a vibrant tale of history and festivity through her collection.

Divided into distinctive sets, the collection maps a journey from the river banks of Kerala, through to the regal temples of Rajasthan and on to the dynamic markets of Morocco.
The ‘Wicker Woven’ collection is inspired by the backwaters of Kerala, with its wicker houseboats and lush green river banks. The ‘Pink Lotus’ in blush-coloured woven basket leather takes centre-stage with its chunky wicker and plexi heel; the ‘Tropic
Lemon’ in acid lime and cork acts as the perfect companion.

Continuing the collection are the ‘Kerala’ and ‘Terracotta’ slingback styles with cutout wedge heels, and the ‘Woven Ceramic’ in hot citrus. Raffia flats in rainbow brights have been hand-woven by the Berber tribes of the Moroccan mountains.

The ‘Moroccan Marble’ set brings together bazaar-rich colours of ruby, terracotta, amethyst, lapis lazuli and antique gold with hand embroidery by artisans from India.
Marble stone inlays and intricate patterns add depth and detail, whilst a collaboration with renowned mosaic artist Lauren Baker adds the finishing touch.

Adolfo Domínguez

One of Spain's leading and most well-known fashion groups, Adolfo Dominguez S.A. is an industry pioneer, specializing in high-end, yet somewhat classically styled designs. The Oreste-region company designs and creates a full collection of clothing for men's, women's, and youth markets. The company sells its products under the AD and Linea U brands, among others. Linea U is specifically marketed as a competitor to youthful, trendy Spanish brands like Zara, which is owned by Inditex, and Cortefiel.

As well as producing clothes, Adolfo Dominguez also offers a line of accessory pieces and footwear, with third parties developing much of it under license. Similarly, the brand has its own range of fragrances to complement its main labels, developed and produced by perfume and cologne specialist Myrurgia. Adolfo Dominguez’s position as a vertically integrated company has enabled the firm to create high-quality, fashion-oriented clothing at value-for-money prices.
It’s little wonder that stars such as Hollywood actress Gwyneth Paltrow wear the brand, as the clothes are fashionable yet practical, streetwise yet comfortable, urbane yet functional. The clothing’s comfort factor comes from the use of loose, natural materials in its creation.

By the early 1990s, Adolfo Dominguez had boosted its sales to more than $55 million, its number of company-owned stores past 12, and franchised stores to 15. Dominguez expanded its labels, adding the casual look Dominguez Basico, and a new line of men's clothing, Almacen Dominguez, featuring printed shirts, sweaters, and sportscoats.

The brand also continued to add new markets, entering Argentina with its first store in the early 2000s. The company additionally launched operations in Mexico, China, and Luxembourg.

Spain remains the company's biggest market, where it operates 93 company-owned stores and 137 franchise locations. Europe is the firm’s largest region, with 32 company-owned stores, and most of the group's 23 foreign franchised stores. France is the group's primary international market, but the business also has a presence in Germany and the Benelux markets, and elsewhere.
